    Effective Date: August 7, 2026 · Last Updated: August 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by No Home Left Alone, LLC ("No Home Left Alone," "we," "us," or "our").

By requesting, scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, or by otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

    1. Our Services

No Home Left Alone provides transportation, concierge, assistance, coordination, and related services as described through our business communications and service offerings.

Services may include transportation and other assistance requested by a client or authorized representative.

The specific services available to an individual may depend on availability, location, scheduling, safety considerations, client needs, and other operational factors.

We reserve the right to determine whether a requested service can be safely and reasonably provided.

    2. Service Requests and Scheduling

Requests for services may be submitted by telephone, online form, email, text message, or other communication methods made available by No Home Left Alone.

Submitting a request does not necessarily guarantee that a service has been scheduled or confirmed.

A service is considered confirmed only when No Home Left Alone has provided confirmation through an authorized communication channel.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to coordinate or safely provide a requested service.

    3. Client Responsibilities

Clients and individuals requesting services are responsible for providing accurate and complete information that is reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

    This may include information concerning:

    • Pickup and destination locations
    • Contact information
    • Scheduling requirements
    • Mobility or accessibility considerations
    • Relevant assistance requirements
    • Authorized contacts
    • Special instructions necessary for safe service delivery

Clients are responsible for notifying us of material changes to information previously provided.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may affect our ability to provide services.

    4. Safety

Safety is a fundamental condition of our services.

No Home Left Alone may refuse, modify, delay, or discontinue a service when, in our reasonable judgment, circumstances create an unsafe or unreasonable condition for the client, our personnel, other passengers, or members of the public.

    This may include situations involving:

    • Unsafe pickup or drop-off conditions
    • Severe or hazardous weather
    • Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior
    • Unsafe conduct
    • Impairment that creates a safety concern
    • Inadequate information regarding a client's needs
    • Equipment or mobility requirements that cannot be safely accommodated
    • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We may contact an authorized representative, emergency contact, emergency services, or other appropriate party when reasonably necessary to address a safety concern.

    5. Transportation Limitations

Our transportation services are subject to vehicle availability, driver availability, scheduling, geographic limitations, traffic, weather, road conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide services at the scheduled time but do not guarantee an exact arrival or completion time unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Estimated arrival and completion times may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

    6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients should provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling a service.

Cancellation, no-show, late-arrival, and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the applicable service or agreement.

Where a cancellation fee, minimum charge, deposit, or other applicable charge has been disclosed before booking, the client agrees to the applicable charge.

No Home Left Alone may waive or modify a cancellation charge at its discretion.

    7. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay the fees applicable to the services requested.

Prices, rates, deposits, minimum charges, cancellation fees, or other applicable charges may be communicated before or during scheduling.

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • Payment is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of service.
    • Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
    • Applicable taxes or government-imposed charges may be added where required.
    • Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
    • Outstanding balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts.

No Home Left Alone reserves the right to update its pricing and service fees. Pricing changes will not retroactively alter charges that have already been confirmed.

    8. Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve third-party providers, vendors, facilities, transportation partners, technology platforms, or other independent parties.

Where third parties are involved, their services may be subject to separate terms, policies, limitations, and requirements.

No Home Left Alone is not responsible for circumstances caused by an independent third party beyond our reasonable control.

    9. Personal Property

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and property.

No Home Left Alone is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal property except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Clients should not leave valuables or unnecessary personal property unattended.

    10. Prohibited Conduct

Clients and other individuals interacting with our personnel may not:

    • Threaten, harass, intimidate, or abuse employees, contractors, drivers, or representatives
    • Engage in violent or dangerous conduct
    • Damage company property
    • Provide knowingly false or materially misleading information
    • Use our services for unlawful purposes
    • Interfere with the safe operation or delivery of services
    • Engage in conduct that creates an unreasonable safety risk

No Home Left Alone may immediately terminate or refuse service when prohibited conduct occurs.

    11. Emergencies

No Home Left Alone is not an emergency medical service.

Our services are not a substitute for 911, emergency medical transportation, medical treatment, nursing care, or other emergency services.

If an emergency occurs, we may contact emergency services or another appropriate emergency resource.

Clients should contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service for an immediate medical or safety emergency.

    12. Medical and Health-Related Needs

No Home Left Alone does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Clients are responsible for communicating relevant service needs and limitations that may affect safe transportation or assistance.

Our personnel are not responsible for providing medical care beyond the services specifically agreed upon.

    13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, No Home Left Alone, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use our services.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, governmental actions, emergencies, acts of third parties, or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

    14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Home Left Alone, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

    • Your violation of these Terms
    • Your intentional or negligent misconduct
    • Your misuse of our services
    • False or materially inaccurate information provided by you
    • Damage to property caused by your conduct

This provision does not apply to claims arising from conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

    15. Communications

By providing your telephone number, email address, or other contact information, you authorize No Home Left Alone to use that information for communications reasonably related to your inquiries, services, appointments, account, or relationship with us.

Where applicable and permitted by law, we may also send marketing and promotional communications.

You may opt out of promotional communications using the applicable unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent necessary service-related communications.

    16. Electronic Communications

When you communicate with No Home Left Alone electronically, including by email, text message, online form, or other electronic method, you consent to receive electronic communications where permitted by law.

Electronic communications may include confirmations, scheduling information, service updates, invoices, notices, and other information relating to your relationship with us.

    17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, materials, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and other content provided by No Home Left Alone are owned by or licensed to No Home Left Alone and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

    18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

    19. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any service, offering, operating area, pricing, or availability at any time.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting existing confirmed services.

    20. Termination of Services

No Home Left Alone may refuse, suspend, or terminate services when reasonably necessary, including when:

    • These Terms are violated
    • Payment obligations are not satisfied
    • A safety concern exists
    • A client engages in prohibited conduct
    • Information provided is materially inaccurate
    • Continuing the service would create an unreasonable risk
    • Services are no longer reasonably available

Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination, including outstanding payment obligations.

    21. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises concerning our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking immediate legal relief when necessary to protect legal rights or address an emergency.

    22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona unless otherwise required by applicable law.

    23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

    24. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

    25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement, booking terms, pricing terms, and Privacy Policy, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of our services, unless a separate written agreement expressly supersedes these Terms.

    26. Changes to These Terms

No Home Left Alone may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will include a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
